From Sketch Co.: We have have connected with new emerging and established artists as well as our own existing artists to participate in our group exhibition to celebrate the momentous occasion that is World Pride finally coming to Sydney.  The artists exhibiting with us represent the diverse voices of the LGBTQIA+ community from Australia’s contemporary art scene, reflecting the diversity of sexuality and gender.

‘JACK’ A Finalist In The Lethbridge 20000 Small Scale Art Awards

My work ‘JACK’ has been selected as an online Finalist in the Lethbridge Gallery 20000 small scale art awards for 2022. You can check out the cohort of Finalists HERE. The Finalist exhibitions, both online and in person will run from the 10th – 18th of June.

Dark Art at Beinart Gallery Opens July 10th

I am one of the artists who will exhibiting as part of Beinart Gallery’s group exhibition Dark Arts, which is a huge honour and very exciting indeed. My work ‘HANSEL’ will be included amongst the exhibited works from the cohort of artists being shown. View the collection and purchase ‘HANSEL’ here.

‘Dark art provides both artists and viewers an opportunity to explore themes that many of us find uncomfortable: fear, isolation, anxiety, and vulnerability. Certainly the past year has made it clear how universal some of these themes are, but all of these are part of the human experience generally…

Opening reception: Saturday, July 10th, 6pm – 9pm.

This exhibition will run from July 11th to August 1st and will coincide with Nom Kinnear King’s show, Gilderfray.’ – Beinart Gallery Blog.
