Tom Featured In ‘Array 2’ by BOOOOOOOM

My portrait ‘Ascot Red’ of Magic Dirt and River of Snakes Guitarist Raul Sanchez has been included in ‘Array 2’. Curated by BOOOOOOOM, this digital zine features a huge selection of artwork from artists currently creating around the globe.

The best part of this digital zine is that it is 100% FREE! Head over to the BOOOOOOOM shop to download the zine in either a .pdf or ePub version (if you want to turn the pages and interact with the zine like you would a physical publication).

Thank you so much to the Team over at BOOOOOOOM for including my work. I’ve been submitting with them for years so to make it into one of their publications is an absolute bucket list moment for me.

From the BOOOOOOOM site: ‘Enjoy 178 pages of work by more than 70 artists and photographers, and be sure to read the interviews sprinkled throughout! Enjoy!’

The 2024 Halloween Polaroid Project Is (Un)Alive!

This 2024 Halloween Polaroid Project ‘RESILIENCE’ is now up and running, fast. Be sure to check out this year’s film, shot and edited by stackhat and featuring Bella Louche with Luke D’Alessandro. You can then head to my web store where you can select Polaroids from the shoot to purchase.

This year is the Project’s fourth year and it is certainly the biggest and most ambitious film and Polaroid set we have created to date. We’ve upgraded to full sized, colour Polaroids (shot on i-Type Film) to accompany the stunning short film, available to watch in 4K.

There are a total of 36 Polaroids to choose from. If you are a subscriber to my Patreon you also get a massive $10 discount on any Polaroid Purchases you make. The Polaroids will only be available for purchase during the month of October. Any remaining Polaroids which have not sold will be destroyed at midnight on Halloween night, never to be seen again.

Thank you so much to everyone who has already supported the team and the project. Please continue to share the short film as well as images from the series. We’d like to infect as many people as possible.

‘Let it happen… it’ll feel so good’.

Tom Exhibiting In 2024 ‘Incognito Art Show’

I will be exhibiting three new mixed media works in the Incognito Art Show for 2024. The Incognito Art Show is a Sydney based group exhibition which anonymously exhibits A5 works from artists around the country and the globe all for $100AUD p/work with all funds donated to the Australian Artists Cultural Fund.

Image via 2ser

From their website: The identity of an artwork’s artist will remain anonymous at all times. Only once an artwork is bought, will the artist’s name be revealed to the buyer on the back of the artwork. Profits raised will go towards funding programs that support artists working with disabilities. The show’s unique model provides greater access to art-buying for those without the usual means to do so, as well as democratises art selection; buyers buy what they truly love, not a big name.

I will be posting my works after they have been sold at the exhibition so your best bet is to head down for their opening on the 13th of July at 410 Oxford Street, Paddington NSW to snap them up in person. The exhibition will run until the 14th and then any unsold works will be available to purchase online.

In the even that my works do not sell I will post the details to purchase them online via my social media platforms after the 14th.

I am so excited to attend and see the breadth and depth of works submitted from a really incredible range of artists working across a whole spectrum of medias.
