I am incredibly humbled to announce that my work ‘Lensed’ has been selected as a Finalist in the Lethbridge Gallery 20000 small scale art awards for 2021. You can check out the cohort of Finalists HERE as well as see my work in the flesh at Lethbridge’s Paddington Gallery from 18 – 26 June.
All works will be for sale at $100.00 per work. Artists received a 30 x 30cm wooden template board (pictured above) to uniquely customise with their own style and technique.

I am one of the artists who will exhibiting as part of Beinart Gallery’s group exhibition Antipodes 2021, which is a huge honour and very exciting indeed. My work ‘clearfacepic’ will be included amongst the exhibited works from the Australian cohort of artists being shown.

My work ‘HAMMRAISER’ has been selected as a Finalist in Stanthorpe Regional Gallery Art Prize – a real honour. The Prize, rescheduled from last year, will hold its Award Ceremony on Friday the 19th of February via their Facebook Page. We are pleased to announce we are expanding the exhibition to two venues, including Latrobe Artspace (the former Percolator Gallery), right next door to Lethbridge Gallery.
The Collie Art Gallery has once again launched one of regional Australia’s richest art prizes, following the success of the inaugural 2018 edition, which drew more than 500 entries nationally and attracted hundreds of visitors to the town.
I am so thrilled that my self-portrait, ‘Mitcham Shops Is Burning Down’ is a finalist in this year’s Collie Art Prize, which this year has the theme of ‘Identity’. The exhibition opens Friday the 29th of February from 6pm – 8pm and runs til the 5th of April.
‘TIFF #2 ‘ will be featured as part of the Brisbane contingency of the art prize’s exhibitions, which are mounted in Sydney and Brisbane as well as online. See exhibition details below:

Artists working from their imagination tend to wrestle with ideas and feelings located on a subconscious level. Consequently, Imagined (2019) is an exhibition that explores the work of fifteen artists’ who create work from their imaginings. Interspersed with varying subject matters, each artist plumbs the depths of their imagination as well as providing a glimpse into their creative trajectory. After curating seven exhibitions in Australia, Japan, and the USA, I am thrilled beyond words to be working with Yasha Young, Executive Director of the Urban Nation Museum of Urban Art in Berlin, to bring you something truly special. This exhibition will include the work of over 50 of the world’s best contemporary figurative artists, working across genres and mediums, whom will individually and collectively bring to life an incredibly important theme – the conservation of our planet. We are currently living through a new mass extinction event the ‘Holocene extinction’, which tragically is entirely due to humanity’s affect on the earth and environment. The exhibition’s theme Gaia Reborn: A Future Utopia aims to inspire society to once again see, appreciate, and care for the natural world. The time for change is now – before it is too late!
