I’m so honoured that one of my works has been selected in this year’s Secret 7” exhibition. I first submitted to be included in the Secret 7” show in 2011 so to have made it in the show all these years later is a real bucket list moment.

War Child presents Secret 7” takes seven tracks from some of the world’s best-known musicians. Each track is pressed 100 times onto vinyl, creating 700 limited-edition 7” records.
Artists from across the creative industries have designed record sleeves for this special anniversary year, including ceramist Clare Twomey MBE, French artist and muralist Thierry Noir, British Congolese visual artist Joy Yamusangie, The Haçienda designer Ben Kelly, The Maccabees’ frontman Orlando Weeks, and British Sri Lankan multidisciplinary artist MURUGIAH – who has also designed the etching and centre labels for all 700 records.
100% of proceeds from Secret 7” go directly to War Child’s work with children and families across 13 countries.
The auction is now live, and will run until 2 September.
